Common questions
Do I need to get on a call with you?
No. The intake form replaces a discovery call. Everything happens async — you fill out the form, I build the playbook, I deliver it. If you have questions after delivery, email works fine.
We're only 8 people. Is this overkill?
It's the opposite. The smaller the team, the more damage an unmanaged incident causes — you don't have spare bodies to absorb the chaos. An 8-person playbook is simpler and faster to build than an enterprise one.
What if we already have some process in place?
Tell me in the intake form. I'll build around what's working and fill the gaps, not start from scratch unnecessarily.
Who are you?
I run Major Incident Management at an enterprise company on night shift — meaning I live inside the process that most teams only think about when something breaks. I've built this for real, at scale, and I'm packaging that experience for teams who need it without the enterprise overhead.
Ready to stop winging it?
Pay once. Get the playbook your team can actually use. Intake form arrives within the hour.
